Reseiclo provides a collection service for waste wood to the Construction, Demolition, Industrial and Commercial sectors in the South East Wales area (25 mile radius of Newport). The wood collected is sorted before being recycled or re-used. Timber that is of sufficient quality is offered for sale to the public for use in DIY, etc, at a fraction of the cost of new wood. The remainder is either sent for further processing (for use in the manufacture of chipboard or burned for energy recovery); used for the manufacture of items on the premises or sold for firewood. The residue is minimised and disposed of responsibly.
Items for sale include : Planters, picket fencing, garden furniture, blanket boxes (all made form recycled pallets), etc.

Wormtech accepts green and food waste from kerbside collections in Monmouthshire and converts it into a quality soil conditioner/compost for garden centres, landscapers, restoration work and sale to the public. At present we only have the facility for bulk sales but hope to have bagged product by the spring of this year (2007).

We are holders of the Green Dragon Level 5 Environment Management Systems award which is equivalent to ISO14001. We therefore have targeted levels of waste minimisation and carbon efficiency and these are incorporated into all our working systems

Services MCR offers weekly black box collections from households of paper, glass, cans, textiles and foil.  We also collect a variety of materials from workplaces. 
MCR offers talks to schools and other groups and we are always happy to answer your questions on our own services and other ways of reducing your rubbish.  MCR is a membership organisation, there are many ways you can get more involved if you would like to.  Monmouthshire Community Recycling Ltd (MCR) is a partnership between Monmouthshire Environment Trust and ECT Group, the largest social enterprise in the UK. This gives us local accountability, but also financial stability and access to expert advice. We provide information and services to reduce and recycle waste locally. This includes the Monmouthshire Black Box Scheme, workplace recycling and an active educational programme.
